1. Use of Services By using our website or services, you agree to:- Provide accurate and truthful information when requesting quotes, scheduling services, or contacting us.
- Use our website lawfully, without introducing harmful software, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your service requests and personal information.
We reserve the right to suspend or deny access to services if any misuse or violation of these terms occurs.
2. Service Appointments and Cancellations- Service appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or through email.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
- If our technician arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to complete the service due to lack of access or other client-side issues, a service call fee may be charged.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Estimates- Estimates: We provide upfront estimates based on an initial consultation. Prices are subject to change if additional services or unforeseen issues arise.
- Payments: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Taxes & Fees: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes in accordance with Canadian laws.
4. HVAC Installations and Repairs- All HVAC installations and repairs are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure our technicians have clear access to the service area.
- If additional work is required beyond the original estimate, we will inform you before proceeding.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to HVAC equipment, but additional labor or service charges may not be covered.
5. Maintenance Services- Routine maintenance is essential for HVAC system longevity. We offer scheduled maintenance plans for optimal system performance.
- Failure to maintain HVAC systems as recommended may void warranties and lead to costly repairs.
6. Emergency Services- Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges outside of regular business hours.
- We aim to respond promptly to urgent HVAC issues, but response times are not guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property- All content on our website—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of Navraj Air Systems Inc. and is protected under Canadian copyright law.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Navraj Air Systems Inc. is not responsible for:- Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper operation of HVAC equipment.
- Service delays due to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Any issues arising from third-party products or equipment not installed or serviced by us.
9. Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws.
10. Third-Party Services and Links: Our website may contain links to third-party platforms for financing options, HVAC rebates, or manufacturer warranties.
These platforms operate independently, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
